Hi, have a small boat with electric motor plus 4x140Ah AMG batteries. Anyone has experiences with this charger:

Sterling Power Products, Pro Charge Ultra 10A-60A (12V - 48V)

What do you use for this purpose?

    thx

Not familiar with Sterling. I have an electric inboard on the 26' classic gaffer i built, powered by eight 6 golf cart batteries in a 48 volt bank. I use a 4 bank Promariner charger with each output connected to a pair of batteries. Been working well for the past 3 years.

The charger is sealed and get a bit hot durign bulk charge. I like Pro Mariner and have used a few of their products over the years

ProMariner and Sterling products are usually the same, sold under the two different brand names and supported by the two different companies.

I think Sterling's Pro Charge Ultra series is the same as ProMariner's ProNautic series.
