Great video. I wish the videographer would have mentioned the windspeed (obviously it's light). Hopefully, her sailing characteristics will eventually be published.

For those interested the Pearl, has her own official Instagram. (@syblackpearl ) Is the handle, the link is below.
Some nice photo's including interior shots all watermarked. It's nice when they can do things like this for the interested public.

Looks like she will be featured in a magazine next week! Hopefully more will be disclosed than what was with Aviva.

I look forward to more info,...haven't been paying attention to yachting subjects recently. I guess the increased exposure in the news has prompted an increase in the number of inquires I receive on my DynaRig catamaran design.

BTW, what are the sign in details on 'instagram'?....is one signing into just info on this one subject, OR are you opening yourself up to all the other trash that gets transmitted by these social media sites??

Well this is a disappointment. No interior photos, purely just background on the tech behind it. Apparently the solar sails aren’t yet installed as the technology is behind.

When I got my Instagram all I had to do was put my email and make a password but that was a few years ago. Probably still the same.

That is a disappointment. I was hoping for more photos and interior photos.

She finally left the Mediterranean! Now docked in Gdańsk, Poland. Interesting spot to go to for a super yacht in my opinion.

I had forgotten some of my geography so I had to go look on a map for this town.

Took a look at google images as well.

Actually looks quite interesting if one were doing a tour of the Baltic Sea in the summer.

Yea I agree it is interesting. Really never thought of Poland to be a cruising ground. On its way to Lithuania now. Hope to see her in South Florida during the winter.

Really good looking S/Y but she hasn't travelled as much ad I thought she would of. Been sitting in marinas more then cruising.

Looks like "Black Pearl" got into some trouble with high winds while in Montenegro. Looks like the ground lines held her mostly but she did not escape unscathed with what appears to be mainly cosmetic damage to her starboard side rub rails.

OUCH!!!! That sucks. Glad it was nothing serious. Really wishes she would sail more.
