Hello Can someone please tell me what the clearance is from the waterline to the arch ? Thanks Rene Mystic CT
Hi Rene, If you havent already, Check the Carver website. I found the owners manual for my Carver 390 cpmy there, which included all the stats such as draft and clearances. For what its worth ..the Top of my arch is 15ft from waterline. I bet yours is similar if not a smidgeon taller. Good luck!
It is taller than 15' for sure but definitely lower than 20'. There have been hundreds of these that get under the Lemont bridge on the Illinois River at 19'1" with room to spare. I have take. 3 440 Carvers through which is basically an updated version with a rear facing radar arch.
Welcome to the forum. A bit of advice, check the dates on the thread you're looking at. This was posted over a year ago.
Not to worry, AD0826. What you posted is relevant info, and some of us use "old" posts. About a year ago, I referenced a thread I found from 2008 to help straighten out a discussion on what engine load factor is. So, please, continue to add info that you think is relevant, no matter how old a thread is.
