Does anybody know of a source for the Ocean insignia. I was taking mine off and it dropped overboard. Would like to make my boat whole. Thanks

I bought a couple direct from Ocean before they sold out to Egg Harbor Group. Maybe Egg Harbor group got whatever inventory they had. I would also check with South Jersey Yacht Sales. At one time they were a huge Ocean dealer and are still a go-to for a lot of info. They might be able to source it as well.

I would suggest contacting the Egg Harbor group or Maurice Marine Supplies (a Egg Harbor Group owned company) but I sent numerous emails to both and haven't received a reply. I have tried for several months now, just like the last boat I owned, an Egg Harbor, I got no support, the great Dr is just a collector of molds and doesn't provide support.

You might try calling the 609 area code phone number listed on web site. Ask for Bob. Apparently they have the lettering but not the full circles. Supposedly ordering some complete units in a few months? Good luck as I need two as well.

Capt. Fred how did you get the old ones off. Are they glued or screwed from back?

Mine were screwed on. The insignia have blind threaded female fasteners for studs. The nuts were visible from inside the cabin, two on each word. The sealant was old and had no holding power, yours may require some heat and or prying.

Mine are screwed on from the back. Haven't tried to remove them, so can't say if any sealant was used.

I have removed them from two Oceans , very carefully work a thin puddy knife under the letters until yo find the mounting screws then gently and I mean gently pry the script off . Remove the cap nuts from the screws and discard . Carefully drill and counter sink holes for # 6 oval head screws , be sure to bed the screws when reinstalling [ash me why ! ] .
