I have a 1987 43' Post. All of a sudden it getting a lot harder to slide the door open and close. Just wondering if there is some type of adjustment or the track should be greased? If the latter what type of grease?

check the screws in the center of the upper door track/slide.

If those loosen it will cause the door to stick and be hard to slide.
