Wish you all the best of luck. Certainly a venture into the unknown. The rewards usually make it all worthwhile.
Look forward to more photos and updates. Beautiful boat!

Jmitch9001, did you go any further with Resilience?
There have been quite a lot of comments regarding the steep ladder to the flybridge, yet I think this might be resolved with some thought to adding a very narrow "landing" or similar on top of the freezers. I would do this on the port side as well and change the window to the salon so that it tilts up. It's all about $$$'s.

Idk she hasn't been hauled in several years. Maybe as many as 8. Good thing is she hasn't had any electrical equipment running. She definitely has some electolosis on the hull but nothing crazy. The wiring all seems to be in good shape and the running gear as well.

Then put some fuel in her and lets get going. It's gonna be cold again in 5 more more months.

That is a grand looking ship. I do hope the hull is coming well and your way.

Not enough bad wood worth even talking about and everything is already fiberglassed. I talked to huckins today and they sent me some pictures from when she was brand new.

Need to insert the pics as thumbnails or downsize the pics. I'm feared you cut lots off to make the fit the post.
You talk to Cindy or Paul?

Can you not see them if you open up the attachment? I talked to Sara. Cindy and her husband are out of the country right now but they are supposed to call me on Monday.

Your correct. I did not relize the pictures worked that way, just the thumbnails.
    Great pictures.
Ah Sara. She has been here several months now and very helpful. She will probably be everybody's first point of contact. Cute also.
I haven't seen Buddie around this week, Didn't realize Cindy was gone also. Time flies so fast I'm loosing track of things.
As I mentioned before, Dick has retired. Paul has taken over his slot upstairs.
There is still some walking history around here.

She was very helpful indeed and I must admit I thought to myself she sounds like a good looking girl lol. Yeah I talked to Dick last year about another huckins I was looking at. Sad to hear he retired and is in failing health. I will say Wade is very helpful as well. I'll be honest so far I am blown away by the support from Huckins.

That picture from the aft forward. That is the south end covered slip and is still standing.
That D#@$% rail bridge is also.
Were on a newer dock about 200 feet away from that spot facing west.

Everybody anywhere has their up and down days. Even I had a bad day last year,,,,,

Seems when someone calls in about one of the originals huck's, their all ears and eager to help. Kinda of excites everyone to look into the archives and update the files that another clasic is still trying to survive.

From what I know of Huckins so far there isn't much trying involved. These things are built like tanks but handle like sports cars.
