I''ve never heard the term "motorboats allowances" . Could you define that a little better?

I translate as "salaries to be made as crew". Her occupation is "office manager" and her interests are "yachts" perhaps a career change?

If that's the case it needs a lot more specifics. There's a wide disparody between the salary fof the captain of a 200' yacht and the mate on a 40' charter fishing boat.

Well, and then there's location. Wroclaw is "roughly 350 kilometres from the Baltic Sea to the north."

You might want to check your compass, it is well inland and to the South of the Baltic along with the rest of Poland.

He said...."350 kilometres from the Baltic Sea to the north" which means the Baltic Sea is to it's north so it is south of the Baltic Sea. So basically same compass you're using just different wording.

Actually it reads to me like he wrote it is 350km from the Baltic to the north indicating it is north of the Baltic.

If he had written it is 350km North to the Baltic that would have made sense the first time

Yes, but Baltic to the north indicates it's to the south. His wording came directly from Google for Wroclaw. It made sense, was just an unusual wording and confused you. Also reads "40 kilometres from the Sudety Mountains to the south" again meaning it is north of the Sudety Mountains. If he'd used miles it would have made more sense to me...I had to convert in my mind.

Regardless it's not on the water. Wonder how long her selfie avatar will last.

Somehow I doubted the thread would have legs. Not figuratively speaking.

17 posts and we still have no idea what "motorboat allowances" means other than the early guess that it might be a budget question.

If you mean salaries, there are various positions on a motor yacht. The salary will also differ depending on the size of the yacht. Which position is of interest to you and what is the size of the yacht?

I suspect she is looking for a career in the industry.

Well, perhaps you should take a minute and write 2 sentences as to what an allowance is, besides something your parents give you for doing chores. With you inability to even put forth the effort to do that, like over a dozen professionals have asked you for, I highly doubt you have a future in the yachting industry.
