Oh, I agree its cool to see and listen to wail of the iron until you look closely and see the old fat hairy guy in the speedo with a few to many gold chains around his neck driving the beast with a bevy of tiny hiney's hanging on for dear life. Ahhh to be flush with lettuce. I'm having visions of the big Apaches and Fountains of the 90's . We used to call them "Tony Boats" ... Haa haaa:)

This is very DANGEROUS advice. Skyhook is only accurate in holding the boat within 1 boat length and can and does make very abrupt, fast, and forceful corrections at times. You should NEVER use skyhook to hold the boat in place at or near a dock to get lines. It is to be used in open water to hold position while waiting for a bridge, or deep dropping, and things like that. Never to be used for docking.

It helps me feel better when I open my throttles for just a few minutes; That guy can afford it all day, I just want a 15 minute thrill here and I'm (and da old Detroits) are happy.

Maybe one day, I'll win the lotto and run for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, Yep, it's cool to see somebody else keep da throttles up...

    Like Viraga of the throttles...

    Ditto

I remember a story around KB, gut skyhooked and let his kids off to swim. Surrounding people were yelling at him before he retrieved his kids and left.
Chumming near the feather beds is not cool.....

Ouch, that's going to leave a mark. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but do I see two more engines mounted in front of the four big black ones?
