I have just replaced the window weather strips on my 93' 350. I total removed the window frames from the boat and had them powder coated for both windows $250.00. I did find the windows can out pretty easily due the caulking was basically shot. I purchased new weather stripping from Taylormade the manufacture of the windows. It's pricey though $940.00 to replace all the weather stripping including the salon windows. It was well worth it my windows glide open and close with ease now. My aft cabin port side corner also leaks and can't seem to track it down, I do think it's the strut on deck above and just tried rechaulking the base again. Good luck

I had the same problem, and it was traced to clogged drain holes in the tracks for the windows (it was a '96 though....)

Not sure if I'm understanding the question right or not, but we were getting leaking from our aft cabin windows, mostly from rain. We simply sealed the outside perimeter with 3M 5200 and haven't had a problem since.

If you SEARCH under Carver Windows or Window Leaks you'll find a several threads on the situation.

    Hi,

First you need to remove the sliding window section. Unscrew the the screws with acorn nuts on the vertical aluminum and lift up then out this gives more room to remove the Windows. Then remove the both window sections. Remove the perimeter screws around the exterior of frame. Put two inch wide of tape on the gel coat around the window and then with a thin blade putty knife start breaking the chalking seal around the frame. Pull on the frame and break it free it takes a little work but use some muscle. When you reinstall use 3M 4200 to rebed use a 1/16/1/8" shim in some areas around the frame so all the 4200 is not squeezed out. After that's cleaned up and dry put a small head of 4200 around the perimeter and your done.
