    The Enemy Below; Robert Mitchum as the destroyer captain and Kurt Jurgens as the UBoat commander. A terrific film.

    "Fools Gold" is a fairly recent movie starry Matthew McConaughey, Kate Hudson and Donald Sutherland. It is an entertaining, family friendly movie that takes place largely on the 2004 Richmond 138' yacht Penny Mae (Formerly Keri Lee).

    There are some great movies mentioned in this thread, but my favorite has to be Captain Ron. I had the privilege of spending the day with one of the producers a few months back and he had some fascinating stories about how they made San Juan look like Cuba and other production challenges.

    One that upset the critics at the time, and still does is Waterworld. Kevin's nautical version of Mad Max. I didn't find it to bad, no worse that a lot of other movies out there.
