    I know that the 54 always gets rave reviews. I came across one of these and I wanted to know if anyone on the forum has any knowledge of this models performance, build quality, etc.

    Yep, that may be one of the most proven bomb proof hulls ever made. You can't talk about MPG, you talk about the only ship that made the trip in comfort, and along the way, hooked all the fish you needed.
    Oh, Did I mention, I live on that hull in the MY version.
    Our vacations are always on schedule, no matter what the weather (weather?) is..

    very sea worthy hull , but rocks and rolls as if elvis was alive :)

    Limitied production behemoth. Not your typical Bertram deep vee - it's a modified vee, solid fiberglass hull with aluminum house. I used to fish on one back in the 80's ...multi-day trips and it was as comfortable as any sportfish built at that time. Conceived when diesel was selling at about .45 cents per gallon.
