Boarding ladder for 356

    I have a 2001 356. There are clips on the deck on both sides at the entry space in the handrail. These must be intended for a movable boarding ladder. Does anyone know a source for this ladder??

    If you use it you will get stress cracks on the fiberglass , previous owner on my boat used it and I have in both sides. Fiberglass to thin for the stress on side walls

    you find them at west marine and defender...make sure you have backing plates behind them.

    If they are in the bow rail they are for the small life line clip to close the entry way.

    I think I will forget it. We come over the swim platform mostly.

    I guess you found out it is not a boarding ladder hook up. There is a cable or a stainless steel chain that has hooks on each side that hooks up to rails.
