I have a 2005 46 Voyager. I have been unable to locate the shower sump. In the forward state room the floor pullout houses the bow thruster. In the hallway between the two staterooms is the master head macerater. These are the only two floor cut outs I have. In the 45 (two state room) model the sump is in the master state room (not the forward). In the hallway pull up I can see a drain line that disappears heading aft. In the engine compartment I cannot see this drain line emerging to follow it to the sump. From the aft of this hallway floor cut out to the forward firewall in the engine room there seems to be several feet unaccounted for where I assume the pump may be. Just don't know how to get there. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

In our 99 - 45 Voyager, there is another access panel in the master just aft of the bed in front of the night table. Under this floor panel is the Grey water tank that all showers, sinks and a/c condensate drain into.

Thank you for your response. I have seen this on our neighbors 45. The 46 has a three bedroom layout the master being the forward unit. I will be having the carpet replaced soon and will be looking for previously covered access panels. I had posted this question to the carver website but they have not responded. Thanks again for your time.

Just a follow up. Sump was found in second state room, under bed, under carpet. Wish it would be in the lower engine room. More condusive to cleaning. At least it is found.

Thank you for posting a follow up. I was also looking for the shower sump. you don't happen to know what breaker powers it. I do not see one labeled for that.

Welcome to YF, Jcnole77. You're not likely to hear from Waterhog as he hasn't logged in to YF in almost 11 years.

I log in to YF all the time, but I don't know what breaker powers the shower sump pump. So, I'm no help, either.:D
