litle confused by my # here

    this is the hull # RAB 46 2003 ...but when I look at the #s for the 1969 they all seem to start with RAA and the 1968s start with RAB ? ? here is were i got that info and I know the Boat is a 1969 soooooo ? ? ? ?

    Are you sure of the manufacture date as opposed to the model year?

    the only thing i am sure of is that i have no clue .... I know the boat is a 69

    Just a guess on my part, but I'm thinking you might have a '68 built for '69. If you have any original equipment look for a manufacture date.

    Good Morning,

    According to the Chris Craft Essentials Manual, page 605, you have a 1969, 46 foot, Riviera, hull # 2003. In 1969 (4) hulls were built under the RAB prefix, # 2001 thru 2004.

    For some reason, in 1968 and 1969, both the RAA and RAB prefix was used, in addition to the RAP, and RAQ prefix.

    I have a 1962, 44 foot Riviera that also has the prefix RAB.
