I'm looking for a 1949 thru 1958, 52ft thru 55ft, Chris Craft Conqueror for sale. If you know of any for sale anywhere in the U.S., please post here or let me know! If you own one, even if you aren't interested in selling right now, also please let me know! I am patient and can wait as many years as it takes and I would love you speak with you and learn as much as I can about these beautiful yachts! I am far from rich but this is my dream yacht of all time and I think I can swing the cost after selling my collector cars. I hope this post doesn't vilolate any forum rules, I posted it here to get the most readers. Thanks! Alex E-mail address removed. Read YF's rules. Better yet, use common sense!
I know of a 53' that is for sale in Illinois. Shes a 1953 and while I havent seen her in person for a few years she was a very nice example 5+ years ago. Current asking price is 49K. I wont post a link here but you can probably find it on google by typing 53 chris craft wilmington. The boat used to be docked in my marina and I just noticed it on a for sale site.
Wow! I'll take a look! That would be amazing! Last one I kept track of the sale on was in Washington and it went for $89K I think, and it needed ALLOT of work! Thanks! Alex EDIT: Found it! Current price is only $32,450!!!!!!!! Back in December of 2009 this exact boat was asking $89,900. ****, now how to get it to CA?!?!?!?! I just sent them an email, thanks!
Hi there! We own a 1958 55' Chris Craft Conqueror that is absolutely beautiful!!We are looking to sell her but only if the right person that can appreciate what she is comes along. There were only 4 made that year and I have yet to find another survivor. She is named Maria Elena and is currently with us in Fort Walton Beach,Florida. She has never been painted on the inside, nor the decks, so all of the original mahogany is still shiny and solid. She has 3 staterooms,3 heads,a giant salon, and a full galley. There isnt a flybridge so she fits under any bridge perfectly. Our current plan is to live on her for a while until we have enough money to move to Spain.Of course selling her when its time to go is a must, but that could be arranged sooner if we found a really interesed buyer.Let me know if you are still looking for a conqueror.xoxoxo
I am still looking and wanting one. I'll send you an email through the forum so we can stay in touch. Alex
