A while back Sunseeker offered a limited edition variant of there Predator series which also included a Catherham 7 [ hand built custom made 2 seater sports car ]..
For the offer presented i thought was interesting yet I couldn't think of any Marina's it is possible for a Yacht owner to drive straight from his/her Yacht ..on to the marina and away you go

Quite possibly the reason I've never seen or heard of one around. While it sounds like a lovely idea, I can't think of hardly any marina's that could accomodate the car from the boat to the parking lot.

    Hi,

How many marinas are you actually familiar with?

    K1W1,

While I am sure you didn't mean anything by the way you said this ;) perhaps sharing your expertise by listing a few marinas where this would work would be more in keeping with the tone of civility that Carl is trying to restore to YF?

    Hi,

Sure, Take a look at any of the marinas where you can drive right up to the gangway of a yacht.

These marinas will be capable of handling a vehicle driven down the gangway.

An example of this is the IYCA. There are more just like it in a lot of other ports around the Med and elsewhere.

In the Med it might be possible. Here in the States, I cannot think of any marina's that you can get anything more than a golf cart down the dock, and even then it is very tight for a golf cart. Only about half of the marina's I've been to or less can you even get a golf cart on the dock.

    Hi,

So it is a good thing that yachting extends to places where we do not US English to communicate then.
