    I was in Port Canaveral this week for a sea trial on the new Axcell 65 Catamaran. Across the dock, I saw a sailboat owner 'preserving' his boat for the next owner...

    There are also boats with side covers protecting the entire blue gelcoat against UV. Probably on the same page as this one?

    Please tell us that he has varnished decks :eek: and this is not just so he won't have to oil the teak.

    Yes, When you have varnished trim and decks and lots of teak, you keep it all covered.
