I need some help, I have a 1991 Carver 370 MY and I am putting Seadek covering in the cockpit area. Does anyone know where I might find a diagram of the cockpit so that I can use to order the covering?
1) Go to Home Depot 2) Buy a roll of their heavy paper (forget what it's called, but it's back by the re-bar & lumber) 3) Make a pattern w/ paper & tape 4) Roll it up in a FedEx tube and send it off 5) Have a beer
Painter's paper. It comes in a roll, 3' x probably 30'. Probably won't take 20 minute to make a template. What you have left over is great for wrapping packages for mailing. I always keep a roll in the house. It always comes in handy. Before you mail it out use the paper template to cut a template out of cardboard or other hard stock for trimming the Seadeck.
Yes Seadek sends mylor and this is ok, but tracing and getting it done right is a bit of a pain, not too much, but a pain. I just thought if there was already a blue print on the internet, I would just take advantage of it. But thank you very much for your responses. BTW, I am currently installing Seadek on my Carver and I am loving it on my swimplateform and steps. I am now doing the cockpit and helm area. Great product.
