    Wow !! lease at 20.00 ft.. 69 yrs to payback forgetting interest and maintenance fees.
    These were 3k per ft I believe when first pre sold.

    Sorry, we currently have our boat in the 50' Slip. So we are not in a position to lease it out at this time.

    Yes, that is approximately what they were worth back in 2000. Just like all real estate it has appreciated in value over the past 10 years.

    Yeah, it seems to me that when they were first sold (about 12 years ago), my dad still had his J/30 and a slip for that would've been about $100,000. I don't think even the higher-end condos in Concord have gone up that much.

    Thanks for that K1W1. It sounds like Vancouver is reacting about the same as the wealthier areas around here. They sailed through the recession, but are now getting caught. Probably a good time to sell that slip although last spring would have been better. BTW, the bagel was delicious. Buttered salt with a side of bacon.:D
