    I thought that the forum might have some interest in this posing that showed up on Craig's List this week. To bad that the banking-mortgage crisis hit. I'd like to think that i could see some equity in my boat based on this price offering. We'll see:

    This one I have been watching for over 2 years. I think it started a little above 100K when I first saw it then 95 then 85 and now approaching 75.

    Its been redone stem to stern according to the owner. I would expect movement at around $50 and would be a real deal if all work done is correct.
