    Actually it’s not that ridiculous. Apparently Lurssen Nixie was 350 million euros. And that is a 102m 3360 gt yacht vs 120m 6080 gt for this Amels Tanzanite

    The market is quite crazy right now, but I agree: €375M for a 120m, 6080 GT Amels Tanzanite makes sense today, especially considering that the 115m AHPO changed hands for €330M and was relisted at €340M after a few months.
    And about Nixie...she is the perfect example that patience is currency. If you want a pristine, brand-new, and ready-to-sail megayacht right now instead of waiting 5+ years for a new build, paying a hefty premium is simply the cost of skipping the queue.
