Live Well Pump Recommendation Please

    What do you like as far as pumps go for a live well /Bait tank? I can use a 12v or 110v pump. I was looking at the Jabsco Cyclone or the Hooker 2500. I don’t mind paying a bit more for a quality pump that will last. The challenge is that reviews for pretty much every pump I look at is marginal at best. I need a minimum of 1600 GPH. Any recommendations? Thanks!

    I'm a big fan of the March pumps. Which one are you using? I didn't seem to be able to find one that is suitable.

    According to their website, the only suitable pump they have for this application is only 1200 GPH. Bummer!

    There used to be a Royal pump. I remember a customers boat that used one for a wash down pump. I was impressed.

    They do have a Royal model pump but it is high pressure and shows to be specific for head systems . And about 1360 GPM max

    I’m leaning toward the Jabsco Cyclone.
