I believe it is Obsidian but not positive. Another article says “80 meter plus” and RWD is the designer - same as Obsidian.

It would be "Obsidian". The tender was photographed in what looks like Antigua therefore we can rule out "Valor" which isn't delivered.

Could this start to creep into the superyacht PWC market?

Some new tenders from Castoldi via partnership with Nauta. They say that this 10.4-meter tender will serve as ship-to-shore transportation for a new boutique cruise ship fleet under construction in Italy, with four limousine tenders and two support vessels ordered per vessel. Now that had me wondering...those only boutique cruise ship FLEET...being built in Italy would be Four Seasons with the "Four Seasons 1" expected to debut in 2026. Captain Kate Mccue is the captain for that one. Is this tender for this ship?

The Four Season fleet will have a 9.8m limo tender built by Cockwells (see picture) and a beachlander by Ribeye. There are also official press reports out from Four Seasons and Cockwells... but I don't have a clue for which luxury cruise ship the Castoldi tenders may be intended...

Yes i read about the Ribeye as the beachlander and they did say the limo was going to be 10-meters so I was confused when I saw the Castoldi being 10.4-meters.
