She is back in the news again with ARMA filing a complaint saying or suggesting that there have been attempts to create 'artificial delays' , stalling the potential sale of the vessel. ARMA has officially lodged a complaint with the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine.

"Royal Romance" which has been seized since 2022 will be on the move again. However, the move to Trogir is to allow it to access mandatory maintenance. Ukraine’s National Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) is still under control and the agency has confirmed that the transfer will take place under the escort of both a police vessel and a private maritime security firm.

ARMA stated that following the completion of maintenance work, the yacht will be returned to Split and remain under arrest. Once the yacht returns to base, ARMA will apply to the Office of the Prosecutor General to initiate the next phase of the asset realization process under current legislation.
