Replacement side emblems

    One of my plastic side emblems is cracked and I am interested in upgrading them to something nicer, like polished stainless steel. Has anyone found a source for something like this?

    I would guess that I could perhaps get something from Horizon but because I didn't purchase a boat directly from them, I don't know how to contact the factory in Taiwan.

    I sent them an e-mail a couple days ago and haven't heard back, at least yet. Perhaps I just need to wait longer...

    That's the kind of thing a smart manufacturer would supply for free. My wife took her '13 Volvo in for service and the invoice included replacing the grill emblem for no charge. We weren't aware there was a problem with it, but the dealer said it was to make sure the brand is identified. Apparently some degrade or fall off, get stolen, or purposefully removed.

    Perhaps you need to pick up the phone and call.

    I use email heavily but it's not the same as the phone and for things like this often far less effective. Often to a general box and very slow (if ever) getting to the right person and not interactive.

    Honestly I wasn't sure whether this US sales office was interested in anything more than selling new yachts, but I'll certainly give it a shot!

    Thank you - they did get back to me. The older logo is no longer available but they are offering the new version. It's backlit, so it would be a nice upgrade.
