Feadship did say on their social media pages that you can look forward to something new happening on the weekend. Now we see the appearance of a new42.5-meter hull, in this case Hull 709 which will be completed in 2022 for her owner. The design is by De Voogt with an interior by Sinot. Five cabins can accommodate a maximum of twelve with pullmans. The interior volume is around 500GT and the aluminium build is expected to have trans-Atlantic range and a 21-knot top end when needed.

Hull 709 was launched on Friday 16th of April. The 42.5-meter all aluminium vessel was sold to her owner in 2019. Construction will continue through into early 2022 with delivery penned for that Summer.

Hull 709 has been launched now. She is the new "Callisto". This is interesting as it represents a significant downsizing for the owner.
