Last time I checked, a Cat B is a seagoing boat.

    Thank you olderboater.
Well I found an old post by Capt J that answers my question to him! Here it is:
I ran a Swift 44' from Miami to Stuart a year or two ago. I didn't like it at all. IN a 3-5' beam sea, at cruise, it had a very sharp very fast righting motion that would snap your neck, it was also very wet and all of those cored/wood laminated floor hatch/pieces creaked and groaned.

Looking at a 2006 hatt with “rebuilt” CAT C32As (2016). I know this is a broad question but are rebuilds something to avoid? I know that’s a common practice in the aviation world. Any thoughts are appreciated.

No, not at all if they were done with OEM parts and a factory trained mechanic. Should be the same as new. In fact the first 150 sets of C32's were rebuilt by CAT in the first year due to (and to fix) a production issue.
