New to group, looks to be a great forum! Bought a 1990 44 OY two years ago and slowly upgrading and replacing items as they go. My starboard blower exhaust fan works but it is so freakin loud and I assume it is going to die soon so I would like to replace this winter, however ,I don't think there is easy access to it? It sounds like it is behind the cupboard under the sink as I can feel it vibrating the area. My fear is I may have to cut a hole in the cabinet somehow for access? Same as if I have to replace the starboard head wast lines as they are under/behind that kitchen area as well and I just had some of my cabinets redone recently. I swapped the garbage disposal for a pull out trash, and got rid of the stove and cook top for more cabinet and counter space. I didn't do the work on the cabinets so I never got to ask or see what was behind them, however ,the work that was done my not have exposed what I needed to see anyway. Any other 44's owners out there that may have a clue on this issue? Not sure if the 46's have a similar lay out or not.

My 46 has a access door cut inside the cabinet base under the sink waste hose

Matt do you still have the old Seaward/Princess electric range you took out? Or is it gone.

Sorry, It was trashed. I got rid of it and did not replace with any stove or cook top as my wife wanted the counter space and uses an electric griddle if need be.

Ah wish I knew that before I got rid of it as I could have got some $$ for it. What kind of Ocean do you have BTW?
