Does anyone know the process to remove windows and frames on a 36 Jersey or 36 Egg Harbor?Does the glass come out first and then the aluminum frame?

I take it you are talking side windows? On my Egg, I removed the inside trim, then slid the windows open to expose the screws holding the channel to the house frame. I then removed the top channel and lifted the glass out of the bottom channel.

My side windows on the Jersey are aluminum frames secured to outside of the cabin with screws, there are two vertical pieces with appear to secure the glass. I could see one screw inside the frame securing on the bottom.I assume I will find more screws once the glass is removed, How difficult was your job?
These boats are not very common in Florida ;I am hoping to find someone in New Jersey that is very familiar with the Jersey brand. If you know anyone I would like to contact them.
    Thanks for your help

My removal was not very difficult. Once I removed all the beautiful mahogany trim, I then had to remove the plastic "sliders" in the 2-channel track to expose the screws holding the channel. I do not know the correct term for the "sliders" but they were the white plastic strips that the glass would slide on when opening the windows. The early model Egg's like mine (1981) removed the windows from inside the cabin. I'm sure I have pictures somewhere or on an older phone.
Sorry I could not be of more help!
