Amels LE180 hull 22 is called "EJI" since being delivered to her owner back in May of this year. The owner has been extensively using the yacht this Summer. It appears the yacht is also available for sale already. The exterior is designed by Tim Heywood as expected and the interior by Laura Sessa.
Apparently "EJI" has been sold, this brand new Amels 55-meter was delivered earlier this year. No word on the name change but for now we believe she is still being referred to as "EJI". As a result of the sale, she probably won't be at the Monaco Yacht Show (MYS) this year.
Interestingly, now that the Benetti 108-meter "IJE" has been completed, I believe this 55-meter Amels was connected to the owner too.
"Halo" has had her flagstate changed too....she now flies Cook Islands...which is interesting as "Garcon" had hers changed to Cook Islands recently as well... not a coincidence considering who the owner is believed to be.
..and they both have departed Antigua at the same time...sailing together bound for Morocco. Antigua can't detain them any further it seems.
