does anybody had a source for Norpro generator parts?

I have an 18kw unit in my boat, installed around 2002, which is petty good with Isuzu engine and marathon electrical. Problem is getting parts... i placed an order with Norpro and after a month, multiple calls and email I am still wearing. They ran the card 10 days ago, nothing ha arrived I can't even get them to send me a tracking number

I like the generator but need a source for parts, in so fl or elsewhere.

Is it a pacific NorPro part or Kubota (Yanmar) engine part?

Probably a mix... circulation pump, raw water pump, fuel pump etc.

I was finally able to talk to someone who promised the order was going to ship today.

    Crappy service

It's rewarding to find the engine mfg model/serial and pick up there motor parts, for lots less.
The engine marinerizer still has you on the wet exhaust, some raw water pumps, the engine control, electrical end (genny) and harnesses.

I don't think I have any family at Norpro. The good crap is up here.

It s a marinized Isuzu industrial engine, I have the info so pure engine parts will be easy to find. The electrical end is marathon electrical so that should be fairly easy to in the future.

I have a BMZ with Isuzu 4LE1 and Stamford gen end. Great package. Isuzu parts directly are great.
My lil gen set was a Ohno 9. That's the Kubota D1105. The Ohno gen end was replaced with a Stamford gen end also.
Except for the original wet exhaust manifolds, the marinizer will never be dealt with.

I was to buzy to drive to the other side of town, They UPSd the part to me.
The had the part in hand is the amazing thing.

We will know better next time.
On the valve cover is a sticker. Mine says Isuzu 4LE1 and the factory serial number.
Great Isuzu industrial shop in S GA helped me on my first filters sets and support. After that the numbers transposed to NAPA parts.
I do have the Isuzu part manual from the web now.
Raw pump, George C at Depco Pump takes care of me there.
I have spare AC voltage regulators for me and my Stanford customers. Support from TAW (Tampa Armature Works).
Broward Generator does the dirty work on the windings when needed.

I think I said before, it the marinizing package, usually the heat exchanger and exhaust manifold that you need to keep with the gen-set supplier.

So far, my generator customers are happy. I wish I could of helped you more directly.

I keep trying to move back south. Tired of this dark water.

That s the plan. I was hoping norpro would be reasonably easy to work with... have the Isuzu part manual and shop manual.

On a positive note some companies take service seriously. We popped a leak on a Trac stabilizer pressure switch on Monday. Heading to the Exumas tomorrow first light... in 36 hours Trac got the switch and sent a tech at 6:30 PM tonight. That's s service.
