SUNSEEKER GETS SWING IN ITS STEP AT LONDON INTERNATIONAL BOAT SHOW During the late-night open evening at the London International Boat Show on Thursday 14th January (6-9pm) at Excel, Sunseeker International, the world's largest privately owned yacht builder, will host a special programme of entertainment on its stand (S040), including performances from musical ensemble, the Rat Pack, and performance troupe, the Hollywood Hoppers. Show visitors are invited to come along to the stand to enjoy the entertainment, which will start from 6pm. The Rat Pack is a nine-piece band with vocals who will play a wide selection of music including swing, jive, Latin and retro pop tracks. They can be seen on the Sunseeker stand between 6-7pm and 7.30-8.30pm. Dancing with the Rat Pack will be the Hollywood Hoppers, an authentic Lindy Hop performance troupe. The Hoppers are an enthusiastic group of professional and semi-professional dancers who specialise in re-creating the dances from the roaring '20s, through the swinging '30s and '40s, to the rockin' & rollin' 1950s. They are choreographed by UK Champions, Robert and Claire Austin, who base their routines on moves from original footage to create a dynamic and exciting show. Joining them will be the Adagio Statues, two 'marble' statuesque figures set on a classical white podium who very slowly come to life through a mesmerizing fusion of strength, grace and fluid movement. Sunseeker has launched two new motoryachts at the show including the Predator 108 special edition and the Portofino 48. The Predator 108 special edition is a truly inspirational achievement in modern shipbuilding and design. Immaculately finished and meticulously crafted, the vessel sees the essence of a legendary heritage retained whilst new benchmarks for performance, style and luxury are confidently set. The new Portofino 48 is a worthy addition to Sunseeker's Sports Cruisers range. Ideal as a day boat and competent as an extended cruiser, the Portofino 48 is complete with all the hallmarks of Sunseeker - flowing interior lines, lively performance and luxurious features throughout. *** http://www.*************
Has anyone been following the DEVIANT -so to speak- lately? From what I see on his website, he was working on a nice Sunseeker recently and has pictures of yachts in the area, "Al Mirqab", "Ocean Emerald" etc. On the page before, many other yachts from his stints in Monaco it seems. "Ecstasea", "Rising Sun" etc. http://deviant.cyberdeath.org/confession_.asp http://deviant.cyberdeath.org/view_.asp?id=196
Predator 108 Bridge Clearance I'm looking into getting a Predator 108', but there are certain places I'm not sure it would be able to go. Can anyone tell me what the bridge clearance (height above waterline) for the 108' is? No one seems to know and I've scoured the web. Thank you very much.
I Googled and found a 2005 model for sale in France with a clearance of 24´. Then different boats can have different gadgets on top, but this figure sounds realistic.
I found an interesting photo of the first Sunseeker 115 or 130 with enclosed flybridge. It does not hit my taste but nice to see how customized these "semi-custom boats" can be... MANHATTAN EXPRESS II - ShipSpotting.com - Ship Photos and Ship Tracker
Sunseeker has a new 40? Images of Sunseeker's new 40 | Motorboat news | MBM looks pretty sharp although I think I like their 48 Portofino with IPS
I'm sure you all have heard of the movement of the new hull to the flagship for Sunseeker, the 155'. She is expected to be delivered by the end of 2013.
Sunseeker International is in discussions with a third party, possibly Chinese, about the sale of a majority stake in the business. If this deal comes through, pretty much most things will remain the same, interms of location, workforce and so on.
Hi, Did the article go on to mention that owning the company would allow numerous Chinese into the UK plus the brand could be used on knock offs made locally to the new home country?
"Blush" hits the water... mast added now. I do not like that unsightly crane on the foredeck. It sticks out like a sore thumb.

Looks like there is a Sunseeker Manhattan 63/65 replacement on the way. https://www.*************/en-GB/yacht/manhattan-66/
Eddie Jordan's "Blush" has been sold! The Sunseeker 155 was built back in 2014. She had a unique Ice Blue/Baby Blue hull colour.
He is Sunseeker's speculator builder for each new flagship the builder build in the last ten years or so. Gets a hefty discount for sponsoring hull number one for them and then speculates on it on the Sunseeker list price. Reading in between the lines, Jordan has always worked that way with Suneeker and his friend Robert....
