    Has anyone heard of a lawsuit against Ocean Yacht about the Cat Motors shutting down at the same time leaving the boat stranded. I have a 48 Convertible that, that happened to recently. Both motors shut down at the worst possible place. I was in the mouth of the Merrimack river in Massachusetts when both motors shut down. Because of the rivers currant and waives, my boat sank within 8 minutes, killing my best friend, i somehow made it out of the boat. We don't know what shut the motors off. I went over an 8' waive and that was the end. Any info would be great.
