Yeah, I love everything about this yacht. Even the hull color, which I was initially skeptical about, has grown on me. The exterior lines are very proportional and, as you say, the interior is quite nice as well. This is a refreshing change from several of the more recent launches that have seen garish interiors stuffed into otherwise attractive ships.

Terrific Virtual Tour of the new Amels 272, M/Y Here Comes the Sun. While I've seen this offered for some high-end production boats, I've never seen it done for a yacht of this size. It's really impressive.

Very cool. Things that excited me the most were actually the crew area's and washing room. Nice to see the stuff they usually don't show.

Saw this photo on social media of the first SeaXplorer recently launched. I think this one is 65-meters.

Looks more like the stern of the 75m and the aft deck looks very large and could be the concept for the two helicopters.

    No that’s the 65. The 75 has a different superstructure/mast design.

It's not aesthetically pleasing in the renders that can be found on the Damen/Amels website. But, it's surprisingly worse in real life. Could be the ugliest pleasure yacht currently in production.

Yes, the Sherpa is horrid. But, it's a support vessel, so I'll give it a pass. This thing is actually going to carry passangers.

Ehh, doesn’t sound like Sherpa is a true support vessel like the Damen series. Seems like it’s an expedition yacht/support vessel.

It appears the 75/77-meter is going to be called "La Datcha" when completed.

"Elixir" has been recently sold. No word on the new name but here is a video of her a few years ago.
