It looks like she will be taking some styling cues from Alfa Nero

There are more photos online now. She seems a lot like Alfa Nero but with the bow of Y712 (I presume).

Yeah, the 109-meter Y718 is in the water already.

Seems like the varnished or teak inserts in the rails still need to be installed... perhaps that will be done in Falmouth?

Looking at the font of the name and the blue hull & wood transom, it must be the same owner as Anastasia and Nirvana

Correct... the font is the exact same one used on both Nirvana and Anastasia but even without seeing that the general Sam Sorgiovanni design gave away who the yacht was possibly for.

She looks really nice indeed, both inside and out.

I wonder how much she costs. Probably close to $300 million.

The renderings appear to be exterior deck spaces, not interior.

In the May issue of a Very well known British Yachting Magazine, there is Interior renderings of Al Menwar (Jubilee) in a Advertisement for the yacht being for sale, Her interior of the vocabulary of a middle eastern owned yacht.

Yes they're interior renderings... Not just the deck shots like their website.

I just saw them. Definitely doesn't match the progressive exterior design.
