"Stella*Maris" is for sale? She had an owner before launch? or they built her to try to get her sold after completion?

Is this another case of an owner of a yard building a boat for themselves to keep production and activity going? Similar to what we saw at ICON Yachts and at Heesen...although the man behind Heesen sure could build one for himself and not have to worry too much because their order book is usually deep. Different story for ICON and maybe VSY.

This is definitely the first professional video I have seen of this yacht since she was renamed. Looks great!
