    That's what I did on my pulpit, used the Awl Grip glass beads and it turned out and functions well.

    Absolutely! You can mix them into just about any paint. If you're brushing or rolling the broadcast method will give you a more uniform pattern as overlaps will double up on the particles. Brush/roll a coat, sprinkle evenly over while still wet, allow to dry and blow off excess and brush/roll another thin coat to seal.

    You don't want them in the last coat, they will wear through or off too easy......the coat before the last coat.

    You can also prep the teak properly and paint it white with Awlgrip if you so choose.

    I might eventually do this along with a "debrowing" for a more clean look.
