Got an invitation today from POST via e-mail. Would like to think that they got my information from this forum. If that is the case, kudos to post for being concerned with what current post owners are talking about. Also thank you CARL and Yacht forums for making this possible, what an influence on the industry you have created!
Post did NOT get your email address from YachtForums!!! I have NEVER and will NEVER sell, share or distribute the email addresses of the members of this forum!!! I absolutely DESPISE companies that engage in this type of conduct!!!
RT I think the wrap around is an option that I would not exercise. How have those lovely dinners aboard been for you this snowy winter?
I happen to think the boat looks very very good without the front seat. I think they should change the E.R. vents and the boat would look awesome.
Beau, this is the coldest winter I can remember in a while. my ice eater has been going 24/7 for what seems like weeks. I shut it off during a "heat wave" last week when it dipped above freezing and the canal skimmed over in no time. I don't think I even dropped the ice eater in last year. I have a small outboard work boat that I keep on icebreaking duty to try to keep the canal clear.
One of the issues I see with the wrap around is that down here in the south it would warm up a saloon that is all ready difficult to cool on those HOT Summer Days !!
I agree w/ Beau & Kubu too. We are preparing for a probable Nor'Easter here, more snow.... C'mon springtime
Not sure, but it looks like it RT46, and in my opinion, she's good looking! The front seat on my/the 46 is (I think) a unique feature, I haven't seen it before! But to be honest, I was thinking for a while to paint the front ‘window’ section black, but to me it won’t be a success, has one of my fellow Post friends done this modification?
The mask on the front of the house is a popular sportfish look, most of the custom builders all employ it. I was looking to have it done to my 50 when I repaint it this year, but the seat in the front is too high, and will interfere with the bottom edge of the mask. The mask, or a front brow like the new 56', would look good in my opinion.
