    We are planning to install a new frequency converter in the 100kw range as part of a major refit. I was leaning towards ASEA but just recently was warned off by another captain that a bad experience with their onboard installed unit. They had numerous warrantee issues and many costly and inconvenient breakdowns on a near new unit. Any advise on the choices between Atlas and ASEA. Advantages Vs shortcomings.
