Four new superchargers to revert to the original setup of 100% blowers completed this last week and the engines run great. New LED master shower lights (and new drain pump), new LED red lights in livewell. New life raft means the old container on the bow is gone- new raft is soft packed on the bridge. Fish hold pumpout pump given new life- the impeller was over $100! New heavy duty circular florescent engine room lights. New checkvalves/clamps aft bilge pumps/livewell. New 12v subpanel. Rebuilt steering pump, new main HP line to rams. This week should see a new Autopilot system installed. Just some of the continual work.

Stripped the paint off the bow rail and restored it to it's original vanish finish. New autopilot. New steaming/anchor light.

Why did you have paint on your bow rail?

The boat originally had the toe rail as it is now, the highlight around the upper deck was varnished as was the cockpit/salon wall- a varnished beauty. Captain Walter the previous captain - with the company 17 years - decided to paint them white to modernize the boat. There was also a black window/bow stripe. Really it was that he did not want to maintain the wood.

New master shower. The first shower I bought was full on and then adjust the temp. Can't have that- we ought to be able to adjust the flow and the temperature separately. So I returned it and changed it to this one and am very happy. New refrigerator coming Friday. IDK why the pics are so big- they're all from my iphone.

I think a wide angle shot of the salon, galley, staterooms, bathrooms, engine room would help. That is a really nice sink though:)

The fish from our latest trip- 130-140 lbs BET x 2; 60-70 lbs YFT x 5- out of the box for pictures. I'll post more wide angle pics of the boat soon.

We've gone out two of the last weekends to the Hudson Canyon area and caught 6 YFT and 3 BET. Bigeye are running in that area now...
Put in more anchor line- we were using 1800 feet to anchor in 350-400 feet and we held fine both nights. We're too big to sit on someone's high-flyer pot.

Bring offers is the price I guess, lol - but yes still for sale. Anyone who may buy it will know the market- there is no price on the boat's site.

great job on the YFT, the bite has been very slow up here.

I was recently on an 80 EB and it was an awesome boat that has been on the market over a year with an ask of 2.9 (or something close if i remember).

YW has nine 65 Zs from 300s to 1.3
The 500k and above boats seem to be newer updated models without the DDs.

The boat you run is very nice and i personally like the DDs.

You have done the right thing varnishing the toe rail. I personally like some varnish in the right places.

It is still a buyers market and i think serious sellers need to be agressive to move boats.

I know many guys that have spent much more that the hull value maintaining and updating large SFs that only a few years ago would have easilly sold for a few 100K above what they are worth today.

Alot of these guys are in a position where they are holding onto the boats instead of flipping them and upgrading every few years.

Either way. good luck, seems like you have a great job, good boss, and a nice office.

New upper deck pics showing the newish enclosure. This one has tracking on the bottom while the old one had the "lift a dots" which held it on. At that time we also completely removed the aluminum lower section which used to have plexi sides you could see thru- no need and they looked worse. New is stuff is good ...

New lights installed under the second deck overhang using compact yet powerful waterproof LED tape which allows many colors and brightness levels. The second deck already has LED lights I installed previously which also allow any color and light level- the two lights are individually controlled so the upper deck could be one color and the cockpit another. The boat will see the under rail LED rope light replaced later this fall after 6 years of use- the lights became dimmer when the rope became cloudy with age damage.
