Hey, I could unfortunatly not take photos of Ace a few weeks ago, because she is docked behind the floating drydock .
But I thought it would be fine to start a new thread for 'Ace' even without pictures.

But I can tell you she looks sooo beautiful - you have to see her in person!!

    The illuminated stairs are awesome!
Who knows, maybe you will have the opportunity to judge in her whole beauty once she has been delivered and visits Barbados ;)

I am excited to see the first shots of her sea trials soon!

By the time she is delivered it will probably be the Summer season in the Med and I doubt she would cross then. Probably would have to wait 2012/2013 Winter. Even then that doesn't mean she will turn up here ;)

Yeah!!! beautiful, I love how the navigation lights (port and starboard) are those LED type, very concealed and not in your face yet they are very visible. I think "Phoenix2" has them as well.

Saw her today on the Kiel fjord, she´s currently undergiong sea trials in the Baltic sea and I have to admit that she´s a beauty. I´ll try to make some fotos if she shows up again. I am not sure if she´s in Kiel rigth now or if she went back to Rendsburg

Back to Rendsburg...2 days sea trials are usual for these yachts.

    Why is it 'unusual'?

I do not know why Lürssen and Nobiskrug do it this way..
I only know that yachts in that size range are normally for 2-3 days on first seatrials.
I wrote usual so do you mean usual or unusual?

    No problem Ron.
Several yachting websites published some sea trials photos of her, for people who are interested..

    I love the second picture!
One question, I have seen that her home port will be "Bloody Bay" - I wondered where is that?

    Hi,

So is the Abeking yacht C2, it is an alternative Port to Georgetown used by the Cayman Islands

On the subject this thread is titled I hear the trees rustling that there has been a stop work order given on this boat.

Do any of you well informed boat watchers have the scoop on this?

Does this mean that she might end up on the market?
