  1. 27-meter "Freedom By CCN
Since Cerri Cantieri Navali (CCN) launched and delivered the much-talked-about 27-meter "Freedom". The yard has released a slew of photos, particularly interior shots. The yacht was delivered to her high-profile fashion designer owner last year and definitely has his custom stamp all around the vessel, specifically on the interior.
  2. One of the aspects to the brief was that the design of the vessel allowed an atmosphere of privacy for the owner. The aft main deck is the showcase of this. As a result of the arrangement of the main deck with the owner's suite taking up a significant portion, the dining area was forced 'outside'. By this we mean, the dining space is still within the confines of the aft portion of the superstructure but CCN decided to screen it in from the sides. However, the view out aft is pretty good and depending on how the yacht it berthed or anchored, the dining area is quite private. Here we can see the personal stamp of the owner in this space as carried.
  3. The interior is the work of designer Tommaso Spadolini in concert with the owner. It really is personalization at its finest and one that is tailored to the owner's whims. Below we see the owner's suite and one aspect to this interior that is immediately apparent is the strong use of animal skins/print. It is on the walls, the cushions and bed cover while set of mirrors line bulkhead behind the bed, -partially giving the illusion of a bigger space-. The signature 'RC' emblem is embroidered on the feature throw cushion on the bed while above in the circular skylight, the emblem is also fixed. It is a fully-custom room.
  4. On the starboard side of the master toward the aft is the master bathroom and it too doesn't escape from the customized touches of RC. Green is prominent in the space via the walls and cabinetry and even the natural stone work on the vanity continues the theme. The sink is quite wide making use pretty easy in the bathroom.
  5. If you exit the master suite on port side aft you will come into the aforementioned dining space. A small door on the port side allows access to the space which easily can double as a simple relaxation area and not strictly for dinners or eating al-fresco. Here we also see some fine detailing work in the teak wood. The RC emblem has been inlaid in the teak for yet another custom touch.
  6. On the opposite side of the deck is the bridge where most of the yacht's navigational controls are situated. Backward sloping windows provide the view outside for those in command and on watch. Three cantered displays arc around the central console area while two others are buried in glass casement. Physical controls are centrally placed with wheel, throttle and thruster controls visible.
  7. Power onboard is via a pair of steerable Rolls Royce waterjets with a central booster jet. Top speed of the all-aluminium yacht is in the region of 40-knots. CCN and Tommaso Spasolini did a great job in executing the owner's personal tastes and whims wanted in his new luxury yacht. The all-aluminium construction ensured a relatively fast construction time allowing for the client to enjoy his yacht in time.
