Cizgi Yachts 42-meter "E&E" Expedition
The new 42-meter expedition yacht by Cizgi Yachts in Turkey is on the verge of being launched. In fact she is expected to be launched tomorrow, the 9th of August. She is called "E&E", a new name to the name she had in construction, "Jasmin II". The Jasmin II would have been the successor to the smaller "Jasmin" built by RMK Marine. However, the brand new yacht's final name is E&E.
E&E has been carefully built with performance, capability and stability in mind. With a designed weight of approximately 480-tonnes, keeping her under 500-tonnes, balancing out her weight was important especially for stability. Her entire structure was built utilizing various materials, with the lightest highest and the heaviest, lowest.
E&E's mast assembly and wheelhouse are made in composite materials. The upper deck is in aluminum and the lower deck and hull are in steel...

This area also offers access to the comfortable galley which is finished in white panels, Corian countertops and fitted with the most modern domestic equipment...
MCC Neo Classic 46-meter Project
MCC naval architect Kasia Milewska says: “I took my inspiration from the ships that were built early in the last century, no nonsense efficiency, the shape of the bow…” Like all Neo Classics, the best new design is not derivative, but deferential to the past with a vision toward the future.
The sleek new MCC 46-meter can be offered with either a twin engine/ twin prop configuration or the most fuel efficient version with a single prop similar to the Marco Polo series. With a maximum speed of 16 knots, the yacht is designed for long-range speeds at 14 knots. The hull is decidedly rugged but at the same time it is a proper yacht, handsome and stately. One could argue if the plumb bow is modern or retro, but the overall exterior styling of the new 46 is definitely is lean and clean.
The main salon and bar are on the main deck with infinite flexibility in terms of dining/lounge area...

ESI can today supply Air Supported Vessel (ASV) solutions for most markets and segments.
When activating the air support system, more than 70% of the overall weight of the yacht will be supported on a cushion of pressurised air, entrapped in a very well enclosed air cavity underneath the vessel. In contradiction to a hovercraft, using rubber skirts around the air cushion, the new ASV utilizes solid, rigid hull elements to maintain the pressurised air underneath the boat. At speed the yacht will have additional support from the planning surface elements of the two propulsion gondolas, located on either side of the hull...
