    Great photos.
Keep 'em coming as we miss seeing them now that cooler temperatures are settling in here!

Apperently ABD are working on their 72' trawler again after completing several other projects including a new transit/passenger ferry and two pilot boats all for Vancouver.
The new 72' is a smaller sister to "Exodus" and "Andrea Cay" and more along the lines of their "High Pockets".
    Nice boats!

    Thanks everyone. There's more coming.
BTW, it was another 90-degree day in South FLA, now going on about two weeks. So to beat the heat, head to the water.

Here's a big Ocean screaming by.

I don't know about you, but I wouldn't have my guests on the bow when cruising like this. Remember, it's not the speed that kills but the sudden stop.

Work that camera there CaptTom, the PNW is heading into a depressing rainy season, and your photography will be my (our) mood lighting.

Couldn't get a good side shot of the Broward Yachtfisherman, so you'll have to settle for the bow view. Note the unique anchor and mounting plate.

Just caught the throttleman's name on the side of that Skater named Razor's Edge. It's Gary Ballough. We were next door neighbors about 10 years ago. Gary is considered one of the best throttlemen in offshore racing. Back in 1997, he throttled a 28' canopied Skater owned by Doug Kelly. When the two parted ways, I stepped into the drivers seat on one of Doug's boats, a 26' Creative Native named "Graped Ape". Possibly the squirreliest deep-v ever built, but it could slice through slop better than most boats twice the size. Almost impossible to turn a buoy without spinning, it was the first and last time I ever raced with Doug, who held a beer in one hand and throttles in the other. 'Nuff said.

Great shots as always Tom! Considering the platform you were shooting from, they are remarkable. Hopefully we can get down to Lauderdale before FLIBS for a photo shoot.

Thanks Carl. I do have a bunch of blurry shots as it's hard to focus when you're doing over 50 mph.
    Case in point...

Near the Lake Worth inlet just off the ICW is a place called Peanut Island. On any given Sunday you'll find craft of all sizes either anchored and rafted together, or up on the beach, and that's when the games begin. It's party city until the sun goes down (and later for those die-hards). You can see just about anything, with plenty of beverages passing over the lips of those young and old, BBQ's from hibachi style to full blown gas grills, and everyone just taking in the sun and sights. When you get too cold up north, come on down for some hot action.

Of course we were only doing 25 there. It's other places where we opened up a little more.

Nice to see Phaedra out there, and looking great indeed.
She is one of my favorite Delta's around. She looks just as nice inside as she does out. Delta doesn't build a lot of boats, but they do build fine boats. They are a great example of quality versus quantity.

Nice to see the great shots Capt. Tom

    Looking forward to more!
