We are in the process of choosing the window tint for the boat,42 meter Feadship. I think we are going with the 3m product Crystalline that is a single layer ceramic. In the master cabin that may change as the product goes to 40% and I think we will need to be at 20% for the owner in his cabin.
The bridge is my concern as I have known some tinting materials to interfere with the electronics a bit and I definitely do not want that to occur. Thus my choice for the Crystalline product.
If anyone has an opinion I sure would appreciate reading it.

I don't know why tinting the bridge windows would have any effects on electronics. Your VHF, GPS, Radar all have their antannae's mounted outside of the bridge and probably above it.

I would check with Class as to the tint allowed on the bridge windows.

You bet it does. A friend of mine used tint materal to help keep the sun out. At night you could not see outside at all through the tint. Its now off the boat, and sunscreen material is up.

    Timvail,
I tried to google Crystalline window tint and electronic window tint but did not get far. I am thinking the OP wants the electronic kind, hence the interference with his other electronics.

The ones I deal with here in Ft Lauderdale and Norfolk, VA do, call some of them and find out what they have in your own area.

I have always used V Kool for Helm stations on my projects, and our clients / Captains have always
    been pleased with the results.

I've installed V Kool on 2 express boats. While it helps, the differences weren't as great as I had hoped for.
