Upcoming Launch: MondoMarine 39-meter​

To follow the launch of the second unit in the Panther series, a 39M pocket yacht is to be launched later in 2008. This vessel will feature a design MondoMarine while the interior is by Luca Dini. Principal dimensional characteristics include an overall length of 39.40M, an overall beam of 8.60M and a draught of 2.20M.

The materials being used in the construction process are composite in nature. This type of construction leads to a light fully loaded displacement of about 200 tonnes. In a time of spiraling fuel prices, the owner will be pleased that this MondoMarine will be able to cruise at acceptable speeds and still rack up just under 2,000 NM.

Below decks, the engines doing the hard work will be a pair of MTU 12V 2000 M91. Listed are a set of options in the engine power choice and these are as follows: 2x1,119 kW @ 2,350 rpm, 2x1,521 CV a@ 2,350 rpm. With the standard engine package of 2x1,500 hp @ 2,350 rpm (maximum and cruising) speeds of 18 and 16 knots respectively can be had.

Accommodation wise, the MondoMarine 39M yacht can hold about 10 guests in one double Owner's room and four double guest staterooms. For the crew, there are two double as well as one single cabin. There is also a captain's cabin in the accommodation.
