  1. Trinity Yachts

Trinity Yachts is based in New Orleans, Louisiana and was created in 1990 by John Dane, the former CEO of Halter Marine. Halter, a name synonymous with large seagoing vessels, was the foundation from which a great deal experience and knowledge would evolve, including the marketing brilliance of Billy Smith. In 1995, Trinity entered an agreement with Felix Sabates, the owner of Victory Lane Enterprises, to offer design flexibility in yachts up to 330 feet in length. Together, they have catapulted Trinity into superyacht production and are poised to take Trinity into the next millennium.

At Trinity, customers can present an outside design, or work with in-house architects and designers to custom-create a yacht using existing designs. The yachts manufactured by Trinity are made of steel and aluminum, with interior ingredients as vast as the resources on available on earth. Construction and engineering techniques acquired from many years of experience with thousands of boats and ships designed and built by other Halter divisions as well as technology transfers from Halter's ultra fast, ultra quiet military vessels.

Trinity's first launch was "Leda" in 1991. A few years later, during the 1997 Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show, Trinity and Victory Lane debuted the first of their Legend Series Motoryachts - the 150' Tri-Deck “Magic” (ex-Noble House). By April of 1998, the second of the series was delivered - the 118' Raised Pilothouse “Marsha Ray” - setting new standards for the popular Raised pilothouse style motoryacht. Trinity Yachts continues to wow the crowds each year at the boat shows with new builds such as the 156' motoryacht “Themis”, the 118' raised bridge motoryacht “Chevy Toy”, the 126' sportfishing motoryacht “Marlena” and the 184' Global Explorer Yacht “Panjaea” (ex-DREAM).

Housed within one facility at Trinity are Naval Architects, Marine Engineers, Estimators, Purchasers, Production Control Mangers, Program Managers, production personnel and administration. This facility is situated on 38 acres of waterfront property. The facility includes 200,000 square feet of fabrication area and 84,000 square feet of outfitting area, all undercover.
