    No hole in deck, the base plate is thru bolted. The plate has threaded holes that accept bolts from the pedestal base. If you remove the pedestal you have a 1/2 inch plate sitting on the deck, it is bedded in with no water leakage issues.

    I wish that guy was in NewYork, I would have him build me one, I wonder if he could make one there and ship it to me. Is that cost $ 1250.00 us money?

    Yes, 2.265,- Guilder is exact Usd 1.244,- and I will ask the Guy who made it and let you know!

    check my profile pick. I tell you i'm 50/50. Makes it cool, but impossible to reach rod holders and impossible to back the boat down b/c you can't see the transom.

    I am planning keeping my fight chair ,but I want to be able to switch it out with a table and 4 chairs when I am not fishing,I use my boat as a condo on the water also
