Wim van der Valk Delivers 25-meter Luxury Yacht "Selena"

Dutch yacht builder Wim van der Valk has notched another one in their delivery belt. The 25-meter long luxury yacht "Selena" is their latest delivery and she oozes luxury everywhere particularly the interior. Black Walnut is the primary wood used on the interior while accents of muted Stainless Steel helps to break-up the continuity of the wood. Browns and tans are utilized in the main saloon as seen in the plush carpet and upholstery for the seating settee. Prominent yellow accent light strip shines along where the ceiling joins the walls adding a subtle but eye-catching detail.

The crew of three has berthing in two cabins while guests choose from a four-cabin layout, three double and a twin all of which feature ensuite bathrooms. Selena is powered by Volvo, yep she features dual Volvo Penta IPS 800 engines that can run her up to a quick 24-knots if needed. The wheelhouse is rather uncomplicated featuring all systems needed for navigation all within a small centerline placed booth. It doesn't have a million screens, just two multi-function primary displays. up on the Fly-bridge there is a secondary navigation station along with placement seating via an L-shaped sofa with a small bar on the other side. Even though the deck is open to the elements, Selena does carry a bimini shading system that can open-up to provide some coverage to the forward section of the deck.
