  1. Omega Yachts Launch 101' Explorer Yacht
Rugged and tough is the name of the game when it comes to fuel-sipping long-range explorer yachts. One of them recently launched from a brand called Omega Yachts which is of the MMGI Shipyard in Italy. Specifically, it is the first hull in their Forte Class line of explorer yachts. You may remember this yard, responsible for building a yacht called the "H2ome" or "Blade" depending on which name you remember.
  2. According to the Omega Yacht website, the first hull is going to be called "Caroline". She was built with a steel hull with thickness from 8mm to 12mm and an aluminium superstructure. Caroline will have an incredible range exceeding 5,000 nautical miles at less than 10 knots. Using twin CAT C32 engines she will sip fuel efficiently to travel great distances. The interior is very light with the colour palette and materials used, also quite spacious. She has a beam of nearly 27-feet and surely the owner will appreciate this as it will add to the sense of space onboard. As per usual, Caroline will be readied for sea trials in preparation for delivery to her owner.
